COSTS 1
On the network, separate file folders are organized for each department or user. The files have the identical data structure, what is different are the settings for a particular department or company. Code lists are centralized and linked to all files by Queries. When opening the file, the code lists' data is refreshed in real time. Window permissions to work with files can be defined for each individual user.
Data from all files is linked to a common database used to create interactive reports, dashboards, KPIs. Macros are recorded to refresh databases.
