Inventory Management

Manage your small inventory in Excel, update it, and use that data to track small equipment, packaging, tools, and other items; from the point of purchase to their depreciation.

Determine the inventory number, depreciation rate, group of small inventory, and form.

Track the inventory by projects and cost centers (by responsible persons and departments), record releases from the stock and available items in the stock.

The template includes the following  functionalities:

• List of receipts, issues, and stocks of small inventory in quantity and value,
• List small inventory by suppliers, projects, cost centers,
• List small inventory by accounts and account groups,
• Monitor small inventory by unspecified fixed asset and by material,
• Monitor depreciation by the months/year of purchase,
• Calculation of the number of depreciation years.

You can create also your own reports.
