This Excel spreadsheet (template) is intended to assist in tracking an organization's investments and annual depreciation estimates. You can plan and monitor investments by project, such as procurement of hardware and software for implementing IT system, investment property, cleaning machines, kitchen equipment, and electrical installations…

You can also track investments by cost centers and suppliers.

The Excel template includes the following reports:

• List of investments by years of acquisition, as data are entered for several years, the history of data is preserved,
• List of investments by projects,
• List by accounts and account groups,
• Calculation of annual and monthly depreciation based on the depreciation rate,
• Depreciation calculation by months in the year of purchase,
• Calculation of the number of years of depreciation.

You can also create your own report.

Suggestion: Add the labor cost from the Task Management template ›  to the project investment cost, and you will get the full cost of the project.
