Terms and conditions


The General Terms and Conditions of the online store are compiled under the provisions of the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Obligations Code (OZ), and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

The General Terms and Conditions published on the www.excelinpractice.com come into force with the date of their publication on 1 September 2021.

The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights, and obligations of the user and the Provider, and the business relation between the Provider and the Customer. The Customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions, which are valid at the time of submitting the online order. 

By confirming the order, the Customer is informed of and thereby accepts the General Terms and Conditions, the protection of personal data, and the legal notice.

The online store is operated by Performance, Vladimir Nardin s.p., Kebetova 34, 1000 Ljubljana, registration no 8937036000 , tax no.74373811   which is also the provider of e-commerce services and hereinafter referred to as the User or Operator.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. For various technical reasons, the online store or access to the store may not be available at all times. Therefore, the Provider reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the online store website for a definite or indefinite period. The Provider will not be held liable for failure in performance due to the Customer’s inability to use the online store, any consequences of the misuse of the online store, non- performance due to internet failures, electrical power failures or other technical malfunctions, resulting in temporary or long-term downtime.


  • Check the products (interactive courses) available in the online store.
  • Select the course to purchase.
  • Review the order.
  • Enter personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail; taxable persons must add the company’s name and VAT number).
  •  Payment method: credit card.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, including the invoice, link, and password to access the interactive course files.
  • Download the files to your computer and start using Excel in Practice.

Via the link and password received at the time of purchase, the Customer can download or access the files within 3 (three) months from the date of purchase.  One month is deemed to expire on the same date as the date of purchase, at 24.00 hours.
The courses work with the Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software program on desktop computer or laptop. 


All prices are listed in € (Euros). Pursuant to the Article 94 of the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), the prices do not include VAT (the Provider is not liable to VAT).

Prices are valid as per price list at the time of purchase. The price list is published on the website. They do not have a predefined validity, except in the case of promotions where the validity is indicated.

Once the Customer confirms the order, the purchase agreement between the Provider and the Customer will be concluded. Thereof, all prices and other conditions will apply to both the Provider and the Customer. After submitting the order, the Customer will be informed by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.


The payment shall be made by credit card.

After a successful transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail, including the invoice (pdf format).

VAT invoicing rules:

  • For taxable person or company registered in EU: VAT reverse charge under Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC
  • For not taxable person registered in EU: VAT is not charged in accordance with article 94 of ZDDV-1
  • For taxable person or company registered in other countries: VAT is not charged in accordance with article 94 of ZDDV-1
  • For not taxable person registered in other countries: VAT is not settled under Article 59 of Directive 2006/112/EC

The Customer is bound to check the invoice for the correctness and notify the Provider of any errors within 2 (two) working days by e-mail to info@excelinpractice.com. The Provider will not consider any subsequent complaints.



Within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase, the Customer (consumer under the Consumer Protection Act) may withdraw from the purchase agreement, without giving reasons, by sending an email to info@excelinpractice.com.

Under the terms and conditions from the previous paragraph, the Customer will not have the right to withdraw from the agreement if, after receiving the link and password to the interactive course files, they have not logged into their user account on the www.excelinpractice.com and have not downloaded the software (interactive course files) which are the property of the Provider.

The payment will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days of the Customer’s notice in writing, sent to the Provider’s email address, that they withdraw from the purchase under the terms and conditions from the first paragraph. The Customer will deliver the bank account number to which the refund shall be issued. 



Complaints will be processed if the Provider has failed to fulfill the purchase agreement ( i.e., not all files for the interactive course could be downloaded or the files did not work due to the Provider’s fault in their production). The Customer is bound to notify the Provider immediately no later than within 3 (three) working days of the receipt of the password and link to the files. 

The Provider undertakes to rectify any faults as soon as possible.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse the complaint in case:

  • the Customer fails to enclose the invoice, 
  • the Customer has passed on the files received to third parties,
  • the Customer has failed to notify the Provider of the fault in due time 



Performance, Vladimir Nardin s.p. implements adequate technological and organizational procedures and measures to ensure the protection of personal data, orders, and payments during transfer and storage.



The Provider undertakes to protect the Customer's personal data under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Privacy and Cookie Policy. All personal data acquired through the website is confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons under any circumstances. 

The website of the online store www.excelinpractice.com can be visited without having to disclose personal data, such as name, address, and email. However, some information is obtained automatically through the cookies and pixel tags which are standard tools in the online industry. The cookies and pixel tags allow the site to recognize the IP address, the browser used, and the general activity of the user. If you configure your browser to refuse all cookies, you will not be able to make a purchase. 

Purchasing from our online store requires the collection of some personal data. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the purpose of processing your order (validation of purchase and execution of the order). The Provider will take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. 

By purchasing from the online store, you agree that personal data disclosed upon submitting the order (first name, last name, address, email address, name of the company, VAT number) can be stored and used for the purpose of fulfilling your order, while your email can be used provide you with access to the interactive course files and for notifications. 



The Provider will not be held liable for the use of the Excel in Practice online store and any damage resulting from the use of the information and contents therein. The Provider will make every effort to ensure the on-site information is accurate and updated. However, the Provider may not be able to promptly correct or update certain information (contents, courses, prices). In such a case, the Customer will be informed of the changes and offered the option to cancel the order or exchange the course purchased. 

Screenshots and other visual material that complement the interactive courses are symbolic and do not always fully reflect the content of the courses. 



The on-site content is the property of the Operator, and may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise disseminated without the Provider’s (Operator’s) prior consent in writing.

Any notifications of errors or inaccuracies in contents and material will be considered and, if necessary, corrected immediately.

We reserve the right to daily changes in the on-site contents. By using the online store, the Customer agrees to, understands, and fully accepts the terms and conditions. 


Any disputes will be settled by mutual agreement. If the parties fail to reach an amicable agreement, disputes will be referred to and solved by the competent court in Ljubljana.

The Provider will comply with the applicable consumer protection legislation, the provisions of the Obligations Code, and other regulations governing the online provision of goods and services. The Provider will make the best effort to run an effective complaint management system, designating a person whom the Customer may contact by e-mail in the event of any concern. A complaint can be submitted by e-mail to info@excelinpractice.com.

The Provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 8 (eight) working days, informing the website user when the complaint will be resolved and keep them updated on the progress of the procedure.
